More than just aesthetic, color and texture evoke emotions and memories. My love for the abstract allows me to pull beauty into this world from the universe, confronting the challenge of creating something new and showing a different side of myself in each piece. Constant experimentation, and a persistent thirst for learning, yields unique visuals that rarely mimic one another. My body of work is a personal journey of evolution, in technique, medium, and feeling.

Joyous of the opportunity to create visual art, I imagine each finished painting as a karmic exchange. I release my emotional interpretation unto the world, to create those personal moments and interactions with the viewer; when a painting is taken in possession by another, that’s when its life truly begins— channeling a memory, reminding you of that special moment in the past, or projecting a flittering aura of a friend.

My creative journey has been over two decades in the making. After a hiatus of taking a different direction in my life, I came to the realization that my vocation alone could not fulfill my spirit, life, and creative energy. Leaving the shroud of my profession in medical management, I sought to rekindle that passion behind my brush strokes. Since then I have been progressing down that path, never to be strayed from again.
